Dental Patient Comfort

Sharon L. Albright • Jun 26, 2024

We’d like to offer one comforting and wonderful fact about today’s dentistry, it’s virtually painless. Technology, new procedures and techniques, along with some very sophisticated approaches to anesthesia, have all contributed to much more comfortable dental care.

Our practice has developed methods to calm virtually every patient’s nerves – and make dental treatment a much more comfortable experience mentally and physically.

From our friendly and caring staff to stereo headphones for your CDs and tranquil relaxation DVDs we do everything we can to make your visit with us as pleasant as possible.

Moreover, we know the kind of anxiety that a painful dental history can cause, and we can help you deal with your apprehensions. We encourage you to voice your anxiety and discuss your apprehension with us. We’ll listen to you and suggest things that help you maintain a sense of control. Sometimes something as simple as a hand signal is all that is needed. At other times, pre-medication for anxiety with sedatives is more appropriate.

Please feel free to let us know how we can make your visit with us more pleasant. We want to keep you smiling.
